Top loading machine

A cleaning machine in which a water-based cleaning cycle is carried out in an enclosed cabinet.

The cleaning process involves hot alkaline cleaning fluid being sprayed from the rotary spray system onto stationary parts.

The machine consists of

• washing cabinet
• rotating spray system
• pump
• heating system
• filtration system
• fluid guard
• load basket
• electrical centre

Single-Stage

The single-stage machines are manufactured in six sizes, c-800 to c-2600. The number states the rotational diameter of the spray pipe in millimetres.

This machine is suitable for most cleaning needs in industrial production e.g for

• cleaning of components before welding
• cleaning of machined parts
• cleaning of components before intermediate and final assembly

These machines are also used in the service sector:

• for cleaning of motors, gearboxes and other components.

Multi-Stage

In a multi-stage machine cleaning cycles are performed in a single cabinet. The automatic cleaning process involves hot cleaning fluid being sprayed from the rotary spray system onto stationary parts.

A multi-stage machine is idea for grease removal, cleaning, rinsing and phosphating of metal components.
